Merino Base Layer

Merino wool is widely accepted as the best option for high performance base layers. Our Merino Base Layer is lightweight (145gsm) and naturally regulates body temperature in all climates and conditions. Its unique structure is naturally anti-bacterial and will not allow odor to build up. The fit is designed to be worn close to the skin with flat-lock seams for additional comfort. Made in Italy .

If cared for properly, this base layer will last for years. We recommend hand washing with wool or cashmere detergent for 10 minutes followed by a rinse in warm water. To get rid of excess water, roll the garment up in a towel and gently press to absorb. Then, using a fresh towel, lay the garment out flat. Once dry gently shake and reshape.

• Use mild liquid detergent – do not use powder detergent, bleach or softeners.
• Consider using a specialty cleaning product made for technical fabrics as these tend to rinse away leaving no detergent residue.
• Machine wash on delicate cycle in lukewarm water (max. 35°)
• Hang dry garment in a well ventilated area until completely dry.
• Do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron.
• Do not wash with any garment containing Velcro®
