CLIF Family Drifters - Pat Casey

I'm Pat Casey, and I own and operate a bike fit studio, service center, and cycle cafe in Salt Lake City, UT. In case anyone wants to know, I'm 36 years young. Originally from St. Louis, MO, I’ve been racing as a Cat 1 since 2014, starting my elite cycling career with Utah-based team (formerly) Canyon Bicycles-Shimano. Over the past five seasons, I’ve developed a deep passion for criterium racing and really leaned into this fast-paced, exciting discipline of the sport.

This is my second year riding for the Clif Family Drifters, and being part of this team is something I truly cherish—it’s hard to put into words. As a busy professional, balancing racing and training at a high level with the everyday responsibilities of life can be challenging, but I feel incredibly lucky to still be competing at the top tier of road racing in the US.

I’m deeply passionate about helping others realize their potential through cycling, whether that’s through my work at my studio or in our team environment. I’m grateful to be part of such an amazing program, and I’m excited for another year of ripping fast with the best humans and brands in the business.

CLIF Family Drifters - Conor Mullervy

Conor Mullery -

I grew up in Littleton, CO, and found bike racing late in high school alongside my identical twin brother, Kevin. We started our collegiate racing careers as Category 4 riders at what is now Colorado Mesa University and, upon graduating, earned our first professional contracts. I raced at the Continental level for six years before transitioning to a full-time career, which led me to join the CLIF Bar team, which was then my first introduction to CAPO.

Now entering my ninth year with the CLIF Family Drifters, I’m thrilled to be back on Capo in 2025. I love criterium racing, the fast-paced action, electric atmosphere, and the ability to stay competitive while balancing my role as Global Partnership Manager at TrainingPeaks. This team is incredibly special, providing the support to compete at the highest level of crit racing while inspiring more people to get on bikes and lead healthier lives. I’m honored to be part of this program and excited for another amazing season ahead!

CLIF Family Drifters - Carson Hampton

My name is Carson Hampton, I'm a 21-year-old from Boise, Idaho and I'm incredibly grateful to
have grown up in such a beautiful and active place. Nestled in a valley at the foot of the
mountains, Boise offers endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, allowing me to enjoy nature
and stay active 365 days a year. From year-round riding, to surfing in the river and skiing at our
local ski resort, you can do it all. My entrance into the cycling world came via motocross. I
started riding a dirt bike at the age of 3. This is where my love for all things with 2 wheels began.
My first racing experience came from our local cyclocross series on a borrowed single-speed.
After watching my dad and uncle race for so many years I decided it was time to give it a go.
Looking back, it probably wasn't the best intro, but after that race, I was hooked. I enrolled in the
Idaho NICA league which really ignited my passion for racing bicycles. This led me to riding
for an elite national team, riding domestically at UCI races, international world cups, and
mountain bike world championships. This past summer I won my second and third National
Championships in mountain bike Short Track and Cross Country at U.S. Mountain Bike National
Champs in Macungie, PA. When I am not riding my bike, you can find me surfing,
snowboarding, running, or playing basketball.
Along with being a cyclist, I am also a full-time student at Boise State University where I am
pursuing a degree in biology and working part-time at a local bike shop. This is my first year
riding for the CLIF Family Drifters, which is something that I am incredibly excited about. The
unique combination of the Clif Family Drifters dynamism plus high-octane criterium racing is
something that you cannot find anywhere else. My passion lies in competing at the highest level
on my bike alongside an amazing group of people, all while sharing the excitement of cycling
and the outdoors lifestyle with others.
