Toby Hassalt

I am a mountain bike racer from Golden, Colorado, now living in Durango racing for Fort
Lewis College where I’m pursuing an Engineering degree. I grew up riding with my dad
and fell in love with racing when I joined the Waite Endurance (WE) Development team.

I raced with WE for several years before joining the Bear National Team, and I’m back
with WE for my first year in the Elite category along with a coaching role in the team.

XC mtb racing is my focus, but you’ll see me in endurance, road, downhill, and dual
slalom races throughout the year as well.
